Chicago Bulls Fan Cave Sweepstakes RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY

Employees, representatives and agents of The RoomPlace and Chicago Bulls, their parents, related and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and the members of households of such employees, representatives and agents are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

By entering the Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations and all decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding on all entrants in matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER:

Beginning Thursday October 18th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) and ending on Saturday March 23rd, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”) all eligible entrants may enter the Chicago Bulls Fan Cave Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) by completing an entry form available while supplies last at The RoomPlace stores in the Chicagoland area or online at theroomplace.com. Alternatively, you can mail in your entry with your full name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address, to The RoomPlace Corporate Offices, Attn: Marketing Department, RE: Chicago Bulls Fan Cave Sweepstakes, 1000-46 Rohlwing Road, Lombard, IL 60148 for a chance to enter. The RoomPlace. Entry is limited to one entry per person during each Sweepstakes Period as described below.

If it is discovered in implementation of the Sweepstakes that an entrant has attempted to enter the Sweepstakes more than one time during the Sweepstakes Segment Period, all of that entrant's entries shall be disqualified.

All eligible entries must be received by The RoomPlace no later than Saturday March 23rd, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”). Mail in entries must also be received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date and must be post-marked before the Sweepstakes Closing Date.

PRIZES:

The Grand Prize Package consists solely of:

One (1) In-Store Credit redeemable only at The RoomPlace in the amount of $ 1,500.00 (Fifteen-hundred dollars) and four (4) lower level tickets to a Chicago Bulls game.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Package is Four Thousand USD ($2,000.00). The total value of all prizes to be awarded is $2,000.00. WINNER CAN REDEEM THE CREDIT IN-STORE ONLY. The prize cannot be redeemed online.

One winner will be chosen at random prior to March 29, 2019.

All Sweepstakes winners will receive via USPS or e-mail a W-9 Form which must be completed and returned to The RoomPlace Corporate Offices, Attn: Marketing Department, RE Chicago Bulls Fan Cave Sweepstakes, 1000-46 Rohlwing Road, Lombard, IL 60148 within 15 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the completed W-9 Form, the store credit will be issued and made available for use in The RoomPlace stores.

The Grand Prize as described is subject to availability, may not be exchanged for cash, is nonrefundable, non-saleable, cannot be used towards previous purchases, and must be accepted “as awarded.” At its sole discretion, The RoomPlacereserves the right to substitute any portion of the Grand Prize Package with a prize of equivalent or greater retail value.

All winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail at the phone number or e-mail address indicated on their Sweepstakes entries. In the event that a winner is not eligible or cannot be contacted within Two (2) days of selection, such entrant will be disqualified and the judges will randomly select another winner from the remaining eligible entries for that Segment Period.

ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of being selected in the Sweepstakes depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Except where prohibited, by entering this Sweepstakes entrants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, voice, image on videotape and/or photograph in any publicity/promotion and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in  all media used by The RoomPlace or their promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies, in perpetuity, without any payment or compensation.

All Sweepstakes entries become the property of The RoomPlace. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, including eligibility requirements. Entrants release and hold harmless The RoomPlace, Chicago Bulls, United Center Joint Venture, each of their respective parents, related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, members, dealers, advertising, franchisees, promotional agencies and each of their respective directors, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrant or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or exercise by the entrant of the Grand Prize Package awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, all Winners and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Chicago, Illinois. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The RoomPlace reserves the right to terminate or withdraw this Sweepstakes and/or these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations at any time prior to the Sweepstakes Closing Date, for any reason, without any prior notice.
